Making a Purchase With Us:
All online payments are made via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to order from us; just follow the PayPal prompts. All sale items and accessories are final sale. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders will generally arrive within 1-7 business days from date of purchase. Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sales and holidays. Phone purchases can be made by calling us at (347) 663-6022. Domestic (USA) Shipping Policy:
We offer FREE shipping on all domestic/U.S orders. Orders will be shipped USPS or UPS with tracking.
International Shipping Policy:
International orders will be sent via USPS. Shipping charge is $15.00 for any single item and $5.00 for each additional item.
Return/Exchange Policy:
You may return or exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise that is in its original condition in which you received (tags attached, etc.) within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You are responsible for all shipping charges back to us. We will cover any shipping costs back to you. Any returns or exchanges should be sent to: Yours Truly Brand / Attn: Returns & Exchanges / 1007 Broadway / Brooklyn, NY 11221. Please include your full name, address, email, phone number, order number, and indicate whether you want to exchange for another item or return for refund. Please state your reason for return/exchange. For exchanges, please include item you would like to exchange for in detail (size, color, etc). You must pay for any additional costs for items of higher value. If the item is of lesser value, you will be refunded that amount. All sale items and accessories are final sale.
